Both Chris and Liz (appeal representative – CA) were very patient, understanding, and generous with their time and help during this stressful time for me. They are both very knowledgeable about the appeal process and I was especially impressed with the fact that they initially provided me with a lot of useful information even before I retained their services. They were also very timely in returning phone calls and responding to emails.
I talked to a few other people who refused to discuss anything unless I signed with them.
