I was fired from a company in Ky. I woke up late one morning and text the manager in charge. She told me to stay at home for the day. Later that evening I got another text from her telling me it’s best to let me go and move out of town for awhile.
I never had a write up or any major warnings. I was denied so I requested an appeals. She told them I wouldn’t cooperate. That’s a lie I would go in for almost two years doing three to five others jobs. What can I expect in the phone conference? Do I have a chance of getting my unemployment benefits??
Hi Pam,
You do know that you could somehow get hard copies of the text messages from your employer and submit those as evidence .. right?
