HI, i dont speak or write that much english i hope u understand me. im having some depression problems and i have 8 1/2 points and i left early today but i went to my primary doctors so i can get some pills, but i’m just worried that if i keep missing work they were fired me, im been working there for 5 years and they have records from the past that im be treatment for depresion if they fired me and i have doctors excuse can i still get unenployment?

Have you asked the employer if you can fill out the forms for intermittent FMLA?
Since you are suffering from depression and your doctor has provided medical documentation .. you would be entitled to FMLA if the employer employs 50 or more employees.
Aside from that, if they fire you for attendance and you have given them doctor’s notes for the absences .. you would stand a very good chance of collecting unemployment as long as you always follow the employer’s call-off procedures.
But do check into the possibility of getting “Intermittent FMLA”.
