employee had instruction from one manager and another manager that was off the clock was being disrespectful to the employee and then gave other instructions to employee, Can an employee be terminated for defending themselves and because of the instructions that the manager that was off the clock?

They denied me unemployment and I had been working for the employer for 1 year and 5months. I was defending myself and that manager was off the clock and my employer didn’t ask me any questions about the incident they just terminated me and then told to file unemployment. So will I be granted unemployment if i choose to fight it?
