I came back from maternity leave in September and the person who was doing my job over the summer took over many of my responsibilities. I stood on despite that change.
From that point on, most of my responsibilities have been taken. My supervisor has been demeaning to the point that she has yelled at me in front of other co-workers for three hours. On a day to day basis my superiors expectations are impossible, such as staffing halls with not nearly enough people, and when these things are not met I am held accountable.
Hi Lataevea,
I suggest you first read the New York statute for voluntary quits (you’ll have to click LAB then Title 7 under Article 18 (really easy to find:-) and then go here and see the information under grievances and objections which is section 1650.
If you have any more questions..post a comment on this page.
