basically I was written up for sexual harrassment claim my subordinate put in and was told final warning. then he preceded to tell them i discussed the case with him and told him not to say anything. at that point they asked me to resign and promised not to fight unemployment claim. they kept their word. now unemployment wants to know if i was warned that my actions could result in being fired. what should i answer to ensure i get unemployment benefits due to me
I don’t know. What you say on the unemployment application? Did you say you were given a choice to quit or be fired?
