I believe I will be getting fired for not meeting my numbers at my sales job. The economy has turned and it is much more difficult to close deals. Is this considered willful misconduct if at the end I just do stop trying?
Well of course it can be considered misconduct. It would be a neglect of duties .. vs. a performance issue.
