When I forgot to punch out for lunch I would come back, punch in, wait the allotted time, and then punch back in. I have worked here for four years and was never informed about not doing this previously. If they would have told me to speak with the time lady everytime I would have. They have evidence that my computer was in use when I was punched out and not in use when I was still punched in.
Is there an employee handbook with rules?
