I am preganut and have been told if I have limitations work can put me on unpaid leave of absence is this true?
Are you unable to work at all? Are you eligible for FMLA? What kind of work do you do? Could the employer provide you with light duty to meet the medical limitations you are experiencing? Are they treating you differently simply, because you are pregnant?
There’s almost always .. more than one question you need to answer .. before you make a decision or let some information from the employer stand as “the only way”.
